Gabrielle Jenkins
Gaby is a seasoned business professional with 30 years of diverse experience in Fortune 500 and entrepreneurial environments within public and privately-held organizations across the retail, supply chain, and financial services industries. Prior to joining the VMG team, Gaby co-founded Waypoint Growth Advisors, a consulting firm dedicated to helping companies maximize their return on investment in their people through consulting, behavior and value assessments, job analysis, and training and development. For nine years, Gaby was a member of the Senior Management team at a privately held wholesale distributor, which was later acquired by Berkshire Hathaway. During her tenure, the company’s revenue grew from $90 million to $380 million, and the workforce expanded from 225 to over 600 employees. Her expertise lies in leadership growth and maximizing employee ROI. Gaby holds a degree from Lehigh University and is a Certified Professional Behavior, Values, and Attributes Analyst. She has also led lectures at various public forums, including the Association for Corporate Growth, Technology Capital Network at MIT, and the BIO International Convention.
