Wharf Parcel 9

Washington, DC

The Wharf Parcel 9 (Amaris) is a 12-story ultra-luxury condominium with 96 units, a penthouse, and ground-floor retail. Its curvilinear design offers flexible layouts and waterfront views.

The Stacks

Washington, DC

The Stacks, Phase I is a mixed-use development comprising three 14-story residential buildings. The project features 904 apartment units, 106 co-living units, and a 300,000-square-foot, below-grade parking garage.

Twinbrook Quarter

Rockville, MD

Twinbrook Quarter is a 12-story mixed-use development with 452 apartments, 30,000 sq. ft. of retail space, a 94,000 sq. ft. grocery store, and a four-story podium supporting seven additional stories of office space.

Eaton Hotel

Washington, DC

The Eaton flagship hotel features unique amenities and is conditioned by Mitsubishi CITY-MULTI VRF, WSHPs, Greenheck DOAS, and commercial kitchen systems.

Clifton

Washington, DC

This new building in the Columba Heights neighborhood contains 156 rooms and the MEP design was based around a Trane VRF and DOAS package.

AC Hotel by Marriott

Washington, DC

Marriott’s AC Hotel brand is the newest addition to Dupont Circle. Set to open in fall of 2019, the 14-story building has 219 room with an MEP design featuring Daikin VRV-IV and AAON DOAS.

Dominion Arlington Heights Apartments

Arlington, VA

This apartment renovation replaced a 4-pipe hydronic system with a high-efficiency Samsung VRF system. It features 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments, along with a fitness center, roof deck, and terrace.

Homewood Suites Key Bridge

Washington, DC

This Rosslyn hotel features 168 rooms, large meeting areas, outdoor patios, and is conditioned by Daikin VRV-IV and AAON DOAS. It won the NAIOP Focus on Excellence and ABC’s Excellence in Construction awards.

District Winery

Washington, DC

This two-story building near Nationals Park features a restaurant, tasting room, wine production area, and event space. The mechanical system includes exposed ductwork, RTUs, split system heat pumps, and Trane Concierge controls. It won ABC’s Excellence in Construction award in 2018.

Busboys & Poets Anacostia

Washington, DC

This restaurant build-out in a historic Anacostia building includes a restaurant, kitchen, bar, bookstore, and stage. The project featured WSHPs, split systems, and a large commercial kitchen package.

Brightview Woodmont

Bethesda, MD

This 8-story retirement community offers 113 units for independent, assisted living, and memory care, along with high-end amenities. The MEP system includes VRF, DOAS, and split-system heat pumps.

Brandywine Living at Alexandria

Alexandria, VA

The first Brandywine facility in Virginia is a six-story building with 116 suites, retail, a therapy pool, pub, restaurant, and movie theater, all conditioned by Trane VRF and Valent DOAS. It won the 2018 Senior Living by Design Award.

Early Childhood Academy

Washington, DC

This repurposed former church with a modern addition includes learning, activity, music, admin, and multi-purpose spaces. The MEP design features 52 tons of VRF, RTUs, and split systems.

Earth Treks Climbing Center

Arlington, VA

The construction team transformed a former Sport & Health facility into a climbing gym with 400+ routes, fitness areas, yoga rooms, climbing teach areas, locker rooms, and a gear shop. The main climbing area is conditioned by a 50-ton Trane SCU, with other areas served by 10 rebuilt SCUs.

EPL Medical Archives, Building 1

Leesburg, VA

EPL's corporate headquarters is conditioned by 28 package RTUs, VAVs, split-system heat pumps, and an advanced BAS control system, catering to the needs of office, laboratory, and cold storage spaces.

Georgetown – Berchmans Hall

Washington, DC

Two additions include eight STEAM classrooms and the Saints Connector, with a mechanical system featuring an air-cooled VRF, boiler package, and 50-ton RTU with VAV.

Hitt Co-Lab

Falls Church, VA

This space aims for Zero Energy Certification with an MEP design featuring Mitsubishi CITY-MULTI VRF, hydronic in-slab heat, and a heat exchanger using waste heat for hot water.

Hudson Institute

Washington, DC

The headquarters of the 70-year-old Washington think-tank features high-end finishes and an efficient, water-cooled Samsung VRF system to help the buildout achieve LEED Silver status.

Leesburg Community Church

Leesburg, VA

Package RTUs, split systems, and one commercial boiler to serve the sanctuary.

Montgomery County Government Center

Montgomery County, MD

Multiple floor interior renovation including the replacement of existing HVAC systems and installation of new Daikin VRV-IV and AAON DOAS package.

Purcellville Baptist Church

Purcellville, VA

AAON package RTUs.

Renaissance Senior Living

Annandale, VA

This 2019 ABC Excellence in Construction award winner features a single-story wood construction, with Carrier split-system heat pumps in residences and package RTUs for common areas.

South Lakes High School

Reston, VA

A classroom building addition that opened in 2016. The MEP design featured a Trane VRF and DOAS package.

Telek Place / Denizen

Alexandria, VA

This new 27-story, 336-room apartment building is located in City of Alexandria and the MEP design based around high-efficiency split-system heat pumps.

Top Golf One Loudoun & National Harbor

Ashburn, VA Oxon Hill, MD

This iconic entertainment brand in the DC area features exposed ductwork, RTUs, VAVs, split-systems, a commercial kitchen package, and heaters for each golf bay.

University Commerce Center

Ashburn, VA

This two-story, mixed-use building is conditioned by five Carrier 40-ton package RTUs and VAVs.

Walmart Labs

Reston, VA

Large conference rooms, meetings areas, and high-end office space featuring exposed ductwork and VAV system.
