This high-profile renovation resulted in the flagship hotel for the Eaton brand. In addition to its many unique amenities, like a creative co-working space, wellness center, theater, and rooftop bar, the building is conditioned by 132 outdoor tons of Mitsubishi CITY-MULITI heat recovery VRF, 209 vertical stack WSHPs, Greenheck DOAS and commercial kitchen packages for the first level restaurant.
