A unique, multipurpose two-story building with a mezzanine that houses a restaurant, tasting room, wine production area, and massive event space in the shadow of Nationals Park. The mechanical scope included exposed ductwork, RTUs, split systems heat pumps, and Trane Concierge wireless controls. The project was awarded ABC’s Excellence in Construction award in 2018 in the $100/sq. ft. and over category.
