Mark Sherry
Mark Sherry, Chief Financial Officer of Vertical Mechanical Group, is a licensed CPA with over 25 years of experience in financial management and strategic planning. Before the merger that formed VMG, Mark worked for IPC, where he honed his skills in driving financial growth and operational efficiency. Throughout his career, Mark has served as CFO for several mid-sized, construction-based companies, playing a key role in optimizing financial performance and implementing robust financial controls. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Champlain College and is known for his expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, mergers and acquisitions, and risk management. Mark is recognized for his analytical approach and his ability to align financial strategies with business objectives, making him a valuable asset to VMG. Mark and his wife call Virginia home; they have five beautiful children and two dogs.
